All JGMPR senior consultants are experienced PR and Marketing professionals who have held senior management roles in the real world -- Sales, Marketing, Film, Research, Engineering, and the Media.

Jacqui Green 

With 30 years experience of marketing in the IT, business to business and services sectors, Jacqui combines strategic marketing know-how with a very practical approach that focuses on driving the PR process to deliver tangible results for clients.

Before founding JGM, in 1987, Jacqui was employed as International Marketing Manager of Meridian International - a global computer services group.
Jacqui was also employed as International Marketing Communications Manager, Computer Services Product Manager and Public Relations Manager at Meridian.

Prior to this, Jacqui was the International Marketing Manager for computer leasing company, United Computers and before that was employed as UK Marketing Manager of PC dealership and services company, United Business Systems, responsible for business to business marketing.
 
Uniquely in PR, Jacqui also has experience of IT management and Systems Manager responsible for the set-up and management of a state-of-the-art data centre at NCB.

Jacqui also founded and regularly presents at The PR Training Centre, one of the UK's leading specialist PR Training organistations that runs regular public courses for Marketing and PR professionals in London's Covent Garden.   


Richard Milton

Formerly a design engineer in the telecommunications industry, Richard Milton has been a journalist, writer and broadcaster specialising in business and industry for more than 25 years. 

As an IT journalist he has edited titles such as Dataweek and Minicomputer News and contributed regularly to newspapers and magazines in the business press.

Richard Milton is the author of the best selling business book Bad Company, chosen by The Sunday Times as its Business Book of the Week.  He is also the author of best-selling popular science books.

As a radio broadcaster he has appeared on scores of programmes on BBC and overseas radio stations and appeared in a number of television productions including the BBC2 series Heretics.

Milton also specialises in press training for the business and IT media and has presented hundreds of courses for many major corporations. 

Along with Jacqui Green, Milton is a presenter at The PR Training Centre and has extensive experience in press training spokespeople from hundreds of major corporations for interview by the business and IT media.


Mike Stevenson

With 20 years experience of marketing in the IT business Mike specialises in assisting companies to develop effective marketing strategies, communications programmes, internet marketing and e-commerce solutions.

Mike is also a skilled creativity trainer and facilitator, enabling him to assist clients with new product development and other innovation projects.

Following a successful sales career in IT sales and an MBA from Cranfield, Mike joined United Computers (later Meridian) to run their marketing operation. Following spells as Business Development Manager and International Director of Marketing of this international billion dollar computer services group, Mike went to Holland to manage the fledgling European Disaster Recovery operation.

More recently, Mike established Interface, the IT division of advertising agency Hill Murray.  Mike has worked with many fast-growing companies including Executive Group, Oracle, Safetynet, Enterprise, Granada and Hewlett Packard.


Phil Worthington

Phil Worthington, formerly associate director of a leading retail PR consultancy, has headed up the business-to-business division and recently worked on raising the profiles of IT companies excelling in this field, including Microsoft and several of its partners. Philip initially captured a lot of his experience and mainly consumer media contacts, working in-house and for international PR agencies within fashion PR, but later moving on to more retail PR consultancy, where an in-depth knowledge of the industry has now lead to excellent contacts in both trade and business media.

Writing skills, contacts and a thorough understanding for story-line needs, translates into quantifiable editorial results for the client. Combined with strategic marketing know-how and creative ideas, Philip has been successful in steering many companies towards better communications practice.
 
Phil is fluent in French and took his MBA in France.


Linda Roberts

Linda started her career with the Irish Export Board within the marketing department of the Technology Section, finding export opportunities for Irish companies in the UK.  She helped manufacturers to research their markets, set-up national itineraries and organised exhibitions and events.

Subsequently she worked for below-the-line agencies, FKB and Promotional Campaigns Ltd, contributing to the work for a broad client base including key accounts such as Safeway, Philips Electronics, Nikon, Cadburys and Reckitt and Coleman.

More recently Linda worked for Bonaventure Group Ltd, an agency involved in marketing and promoting PCs and software through national newspapers and magazines.  She was involved in establishing an innovative public relations program involving key national broadsheets' use of software solutions on CDs as a point of sale promotion for major IT corporations.


Sian Anderson

Sian started her career as the marketing assistant to the managing director of a new marketing consultancy startup called Strategy First. Sian's responsibilities covered the full spectrum of above and below the line marketing including account management, sales support, direct mail, market research, advertising, telemarketing, brochures, production, marketing strategy and implementation plans as well as running the general office. 

From this demanding start, Sian decided to consolidate her management skills and joined Marks and Spencers' management trainee program where she was involved in a broad range of management and marketing tasks.  Whilst there, Sian developed a unique point of sale marketing campaign for the food halls based on 'Food from around the Globe'.
